I enjoyed my stay immensely, particularly the stylish room with a mini-fridge and a balcony overlooking the beach—it was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the bonfire parade. The powerful shower was a highlight, and the friendly staff provided helpful local tips that made my visit even better. I missed having breakfast options on-site, though there are great places nearby.

It was just an appropriate option for a short stint in Hastings with very good value for money. I loved the easy access to the beach just across the road. Make sure to check out the breakfast spot a couple of minutes away for a great meal.

Our family stay was truly delightful! The warm staff made us feel at home, and the sea view from our room was breathtaking. We enjoyed the convenient underground parking and the local eateries within walking distance. Pro tip, plan for stairs, as there's no lift, but the sea breeze was refreshing!

The Codfather fish & chip shop is an absolute gem, serving up the freshest bites that’ll make your taste buds dance! I loved the cozy Deluxe Double Room with its spotless bathroom—perfect for recharging after a day indulging in local eats.

The room lacked that seafront view I was hoping for and felt a bit dated. no onsite dining meant I had to hunt down breakfast nearby, which was a tad inconvenient.

Amazing seaside spot with stunning views. I had a standard single room that had a private bathroom, shower, and flat-screen TV. Plus, the room was super clean with a comfy bed and lots of towels. Great location for beach trips, and helpful staff made things easy. No breakfast, but cafes are close. Ideal for a quick getaway!

Clean and cozy stay!

Had a lovely stay! The room was super clean with a fantastic view, and the bathroom was spotless. It was a bit cramped though—could've used more space. Staff were super friendly. Don’t miss The Codfather fish & chips nearby, great food! Just be careful on the ladder to the mezzanine bed—it felt a bit wobbly at night.

The room was spacious with armchairs that you could sink into after a long day and on the top floor the view of the beach was breathtaking especially during sunset when the sky turned orange and pink it was just stunning and the little fridge in the room was perfect for keeping my milk fresh for my early morning coffee

Sure it wasn’t exactly budget friendly but for what I got it was still acceptable

Just a heads up, the windows are single-glazed, so you might hear some outside noise. I felt cozy and well taken care of during my stay.

While I was hoping for a view of the sea, it didn't ruin my stay, and I’d say it’s worth visiting for a short getaway! 😊

the astral lodge was super clean and comfy, the staff were really friendly n made me feel welcome. having a sea view was an awesome surprise. plus, being close to everything made it easy to explore. the parking was safe which is always a plus!

but there was no lift which sucked since my room was on the 3rd floor. also, the shower was kinda small n the water temp kept changing.

I stayed just one night and found everything I needed for a good time. The view by the sea was pleasant, and it was a short walk to explore more. The room had tea-making facilities, which I used. I appreciated the underground parking nearby. I felt welcomed during my stay, and I would like to come back with my family. My travels as a mountaineer often keep me away from the sea, but I enjoyed the evening atmosphere.

The location was fantastic, right near the old town and great cafes. The friendly staff made a big difference in our stay, with quick help from Jenia when we had an issue.
